Personal Training
One on one sessions designed to meet your individual goals & preferences, address any muscular imbalances, and leave you feeling strong, confident and energized. I coach strength based sessions utilizing progressive overload to increase your body’s ability to adapt to the stresses and demands we place on it in a safe and effective way. Depending on your goals we may also pull from HIIT principals to increase cardio endurance or barre techniques to help with balance and muscular stabilization.

Prenatal Training
Chances are you’re feeling some major changes in your body! Prenatal training will help you meet the demands of pregnancy and help to mitigate the common aches and pains caused by hormonal shifts, and the increased abdominal pressure that we encounter during pregnancy. Training can also help you have an easier labor, help you prep both physically and mentally for birth, and be strong and more ready for the acts of daily living you’ll encounter as a parent. Additionally there are many benefits for baby including improving baby’s overall health at birth, and increasing your baby’s ability to manage the stresses of labor more quickly.

Postnatal Training
You did it Mama! Lo and behold, there is so much more to postpartum fitness than being cleared to exercise after 6 weeks. Your body has done a miraculous thing and deserves time, care, and a specific plan of action to heal and get you back to doing the things that you love! We will work together to rehab your pelvic floor and core, and add in fundamental strength training movements- all along relating them to the everyday acts of daily living you are now adopting as a mother.
Your days of running, jumping and sneezing without peeing a little are not over! If you have core dysfunction, diastasis recti, or had a c-section, I can help you in your recovery. Think about it, if a person were to have a surgery on their shoulder, a doctor would not clear them to exercise after 6-8 weeks without physical therapy or rehab. Why is a c section different? You deserve to put yourself and your body first so that you can not only care for your little one in a happy & healthy physical and mental state, but also set and reach new physical goals for yourself!

Customized at Home Programs
Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual. Let me design a program for you to do at home. Tell me which equipment you have access to, any areas or goals you want to target, and if you are working with any limitations. From there, I will send you a video with cues and demonstrations of each exercise as well as a spreadsheet of the workout.

In Home
Personal Training
Take traveling out of the equation! As long as we both feel confident we can meet your goals in the comfort of your home I will travel to you! This is a great option for postnatal training OR if you have an at home gym/equipment.
